RCJONES PHOTOGRAPHY: STUDIO + GALLERY

As many of you already know, as of Friday, January 16, RCJones Photography has a new home! Located in Old Town Clovis, the new place is exactly what I’ve been looking for and is a comfy little spot to meet with my clients. Mixing my wedding, portrait, and personal work, the gallery is an accumulation of the work I’ve been doing for the last two years. So if you’re around the neighborhood and haven’t seen the new place yet, feel free to come by and say hi. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it another zillion times, but THANK YOU, genuinely, to all my clients, friends, and family for all your support. My mom, dad, little sis, and a boatload of friends helped me get the studio how I envisioned it by helping put up ceiling tiles, building furniture, painting, etc. and I literally couldn’t have done it without everyone. So: thank you thank you thank you. Also, many thanks to Sheri and Nadia at StarEvents (whose new office is adjacent to mine) and have helped out quite a bit too.

So even though I’m already open for business, a couple weeks ago many of you made the trip out to Clovis to celebrate my grand opening. Below are a few pictures of the studio, and beneath those is a little collage of the opening, where wine, beer, and pictures flowed freely and I think everyone had a really good time. My good friends Jen and Matt, whose wedding I shot back in June 2008 won the longest-traveled distance award, coming up from Orange County to celebrate for the weekend. Thanks again to all to who showed up! See you all soon.
